Hope…

“Love yourself. It is important to stay positive because beauty comes from the inside out.” -Jenn Proske

A droplet of hope may fall

Among the stridulent sands of the desert.

But even the heaviest rain may not fertilise,

A mind of sorrow and illiberality.

A fragment of star may fall,

From a night of bitterness and darkness.

But not even the sun may purify,

A heart of consternation and doubt.

So take the winds that push you

And live in a world of optimism and hope.

Do not live among the shadows

For life may improve from its state of now.
